How we reply
Slowly, and like humans.
Every letter is read by a person, and answered by one. We reply in the quiet hours, in batches, which means a reply can take a few days. We’d rather send you something considered than something instant. Nothing at Basis Land is urgent by design; that’s rather the point.
For the fastest answer, try the Circle first. Most questions have been asked by someone a few steps ahead of you, and answered by someone a few steps ahead of them.
